Compensation :

125,000 at plan earnings

Responsibilities :

• Follow up with all customer leads and requests in a timely and efficient manner to ensure superior customer service
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Assist clients with leasing and / or transactional sales.
• Facilitate negotiations between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
• Arrange and conduct property tours.
• Oversee the transaction process from initial contact to closing, ensuring a smooth and timely completion.
