As a Brand Ambassador you will focus on educating Nordstrom store teams on Evelyn & Bobbie products and the brand. The Brand Ambassador will partner with Nordstrom, Von Maur, and Belk store management to set up seasonal in store seminars, manage associate incentive contests, and help drive store sales. The ideal candidate loves brand education, fashion, developing relationships, driving sales, and travel.
Key Responsibilities
Store Visits
- Visit nine department store doors per month (preferably in the first 3 weeks of the month) throughout the US with a West Coast focus.
- Educate store management on Evelyn & Bobbie through formal Product Knowledge Training seminars.
- Foster brand awareness and support from floor sales associates through engagement, training, and building strong relationships. Conduct regular informal visits after seminars to help associates with bra fittings and overall product knowledge.
- Spend time with store teams listening and understanding product feedback, to increase sales and product knowledge of department store sales associates. Help raise Evelyn & Bobbie awareness, explaining what makes us different. Spread joy about EB with professionalism, respect, and excitement!
- Brainstorm selling ideas with associates, learning what kind of tools would be helpful in store.
- Ensure in-store signage is going live in-store.
- Help with special in-store activations, including developing and facilitating in-store events.
- Help drive sales at the door level. Understand merchandise assortment and selling at the door level to increase weekly sell-thru.
- Network around the store to promote brand awareness
