We have an invitation waiting for an experienced Lifecycle Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that maximize customer engagement, retention, and revenue throughout the entire customer journey. This role requires a deep understanding of customer behavior and the ability to leverage marketing automation tools to create personalized experiences at scale. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data-driven decision-making and a track record of driving growth through innovative email, sms and loyalty programs, in a direct-to-consumer environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Lifecycle Marketing Strategies: Create comprehensive plans to increase customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value, through comprehensive email, sms and loyalty programs. End-to-end program management (content calendar development through execution)
- Customer Segmentation and Targeting: Implement sophisticated segmentation strategies to optimize the customer journey, ensuring personalized and relevant communications
- Multi-Channel Campaign Management: Lead strategy and execution, inclusive of content development, of email, SMS, and loyalty campaigns to engage customers across various touchpoints within their customer journey
- Performance Analysis and Optimization: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, utilizing data to inform decisions and optimize results, ensuring alignment with business objectives & brand goals.Report insights and action items on recurring basis
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with brand marketing, design, and analytics teams to develop lifecycle campaigns that reflect Evelyn & Bobbie’s brand voice, leverage customer segmentation, and drive program optimization
- Testing and Experimentation: Develop and maintain a testing framework to continuously improve campaign performance, demand and customer experience, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience: 5 years in lifecycle marketing or a related field, within the direct-to-consumer sector. Strong previous exposure to brand marketing, creative and copy. Left and right brain.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with Klaviyo, Yotpo, Hubspot, Retention.com & Triple Whale
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: A deep understanding of customer behavior and segmentation, with a commitment to enhancing the customer experience.

Salary : $85,000 - $95,000
