Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
- Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
- Conduct floor care activities including sweeping, mopping, and polishing.
- Handle laundry duties by washing, drying, folding, and delivering linens and towels.
- Restock supplies in guest rooms and common areas as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Collaborate with housekeeping management to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services is preferred.
- Knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality standards is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleaning standards.
- Ability to perform industrial cleaning tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor towards guests and team members.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks including standing for long periods, lifting light loads, and bending or stretching.
