Job Description: We are looking for a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) for a short-term project. The project duration is 2 months, with a total of 100 hours to be worked remotely. The days and times are flexible, allowing the candidate to work according to their availability.

- Perform accounting and financial tasks as required by the project
- Utilize strong writing skills to prepare and review documentation
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders
Skills & Qualifications:
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant
- Strong writing skills, with attention to grammar and spelling
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook (2 years of experience)
- Experience in Common Interest Realty Associations Accounting is highly preferred
