Duration: 12 Months Contract (Possible Extension)
We are seeking a Micro Focus COBOL for a legacy system modernization project. This role involves maintaining, enhancing, and migrating COBOL applications to .NET (C#) while integrating with modern platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and enhance COBOL applications on Micro Focus platforms.
- Migrate COBOL logic into .NET (C#) applications.
- Develop RESTful APIs for integration.
- Perform code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting.
Required Skills:
- 5 years of COBOL development (Micro Focus Visual COBOL preferred).
- Experience with .NET (C#) and system integration.
- Knowledge of SQL Server/DB2/VSAM databases.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Mainframe-to-cloud migration experience.
- Familiarity with Azure and Agile methodologies.

Pay: $45.15 - $55.96 per hour
