Job Title: Patient Financial Services Representative – Customer Reception
Location: Menomonee Falls, WI
Job Description:
We are seeking a Patient Financial Services Representative to join a healthcare team. Responsibilities include answering patient calls, distributing mail, scanning documents, processing payments, and using the Epic system for account management.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in medical billing, revenue cycle, or customer service
- Experience with the EPIC billing system preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
Contract position, duration of 2 months (may extend based on needs).
