Job Description:
We are seeking a POS Rollout Project Support Specialist to assist in the deployment and configuration of point-of-sale (POS) systems for retail stores. This role involves ordering, staging, configuring, and shipping POS peripherals while collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure a smooth rollout.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and configure POS systems and peripherals (Windows-based computers, pinpads, Zebra printers).
- Manage ordering, staging, and shipping in alignment with the project rollout schedule.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams for ticket management and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as needed.
- Participate in planning and status meetings to ensure project alignment.
- Follow training guidelines and document processes effectively.
Qualifications & Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in POS system support or similar IT deployment projects.
- Strong proficiency in Windows OS and POS software (Xstore experience preferred).
- Experience with configuring pinpads and Zebra printers is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills to coordinate with teams and vendors.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Additional Requirements:
- Must have a valid work permit, Permanent Residency, or US Citizenship.
- Must pass a standard background check.

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
