Job Description:
We are seeking a Resource Business Analyst to support business and product development through data management, visualization, and analysis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing tools, ensuring data integrity, and transitioning business processes to SQL environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance data visualization and analysis tools based on end-user requirements.
• Oversee data ingestion, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
• Ensure data integrity and governance by creating and maintaining a data library.
• Transition Excel-based data and business processes to SQL environments.
• Provide basic user training and support for deployed dashboards.
• Develop prototype applications and processes where requirements may be ambiguous.

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Power BI for dashboard creation.
• SQL Query/ETL skills (intermediate level: data load, joins, CTE, indexing).
• Experience with database design, table structures, relationships, and security.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to learn quickly and collaborate effectively.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and communicate progress to management.
• Experience in project management, including scheduling tasks and deliverables.
• Ability to create PowerPoint presentations summarizing deliverables and progress.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience managing budget data, including expenses, accounts, and budget submissions.
• Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills (XLOOKUP, FILTER, LAMBDA).
• Experience with DAX coding for Power BI.
• Familiarity with Teams/SharePoint, including managing workspaces, files, and permissions.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $48.20 - $58.03 per hour

Ability to Relocate:

• Raymond, OH 43067: Relocate before starting work (Required)
