Evening Star Cafe is looking for passionate hospitality professionals to join our growing team of food and bev experts! Must be able to work an 8 hour shift on your feet and carry up to 50 pounds; 1 year of experience or more preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant
- Escort guests to their assigned tables
- Provide menus
- Take and manage reservations through OpenTable, ensuring accurate information is recorded
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
- Assist with seating arrangements to ensure efficient use of available space
- Monitor dining areas to ensure cleanliness and proper set-up
Skills:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail for accurate reservation management
- Familiarity with OpenTable
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication
