Position Overview:
As a critical member of our team, the Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the manufacturing/assembly production teams are prepared, equipped and reaching daily/weekly production targets. Must be flexible and responsive while supporting employees and production goals.
Position Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of assembly line workers to achieve production goals.
- Collaborate with Plant Leader to schedule and prioritize assembly tasks.
- Ensure timely and efficient utilization of resources to meet daily production targets.
- Continuously assess and improve assembly line processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Coordinate training for new employees in assembly and packing techniques required to assure consistent quality.
- Enforce and promote a culture of safety by ensuring adherence to safety guidelines and protocols.
- Communicates unexpected component shortages and schedule delays to Plant Leader.
- Maintain open and effective communication with Plant Leader, other Supervisor, Warehouse Supervisor and cross-functional teams.
- Report production status, challenges, and achievements to Plant Leader.
- Ensures that employees adhere to policies regarding the published Code of Conduct.
- Performs numerous and varied clerical and analytical tasks as needed.
- Additional duties as assigned.

- Working knowledge of Sales Orders, Bills of Material and Pick Lists.

- Supervisory/Management experience.
- The ability to handle multiple projects and responsibilities in an organized manner.
Physical Demands
- Able to bend, squat, twist, climb stairs and lift
- While performing the duties of this position the employee is frequently required to walk, sit, stand, talk and hear with occasional bending, stooping, crouching and kneeling.
- Regularly required to use hands to fingers.
- Ability to occasionally lift and move objects up to 30 lbs.
