Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Pest Control Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting premises and applying appropriate pest control treatments to ensure the safety and health of our clients. Looking for someone who lives in the area of Sheboygan, Cedarburg, Port Washington area to help us service in that area. We drive newer trucks. Provide you with a company phone. Our techs enjoy their jobs cause we are a small family owned company.
Duties:
- Conduct inspections of infested areas to identify pests, harborage sites, and entry points
- Determine the type of treatment needed to eliminate pests
- Apply pesticides in and around buildings according to safety regulations
- Set traps and seal openings to prevent further infestation
- Educate clients on pest prevention methods and recommend appropriate sanitation practices
- Maintain accurate service records and prepare reports on findings
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of sales techniques to promote additional services
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and equipment used in pest control
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
