What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Development / Sales Associate position at Evens Time?
Evens Time is currently looking for a results-driven individual to join our Business Development Team! The ideal candidate will leverage existing relationships and create new ones while driving revenue growth for both current and new accounts in the dynamic parking and technology industry.

This individual will bring innovative ideas, think creatively, have a passion for the role, and demonstrate professionalism at all times.
This is a full-time position based in Indianapolis, requiring 40-50 hours per week. The individual will report directly to the VP of Business Development. Overtime and weekend hours may be necessary as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Client Relationships - Establish long-term trusting relationships with clients. Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Generate lead flow - Prospect new sales leads by making an initial phone or email contact. Engage the account and prepare them for the Account Executive. Connect with as many leads as possible to encourage the purchase of the product offered. Be the point person for your team's sales lead qualification process.
- Manage current accounts – Stay in close contact with existing accounts or leads and create brand awareness, educational opportunities, and request referrals. Coordinate in-person meetings and calls between the new clients and Account Executives. Conduct demos.
- Customer support – Answer calls and emails from clients, identify the issue and make suggestions for future or new products or services.
- Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Proven track record of achieving sales quotas
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and professionalism
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations
- Ambition to grow into leadership opportunities
- Must be able to travel as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration preferred not required
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Teams, is a must.
- Experience with a CRM system (SalesForce, HubSpot or similar) – preferred but not required
- Experience in the construction or parking industry- preferred but not required.
