Overview : As a Management Trainee, you will be the face of the brand in major retail locations, engaging customers and showcasing the available products and services. Your primary responsibilities will include presenting current deals, answering customer inquiries, and enrolling customers in service contracts.
Key Responsibilities :
- Actively approach and engage customers in retail environments to promote AT&T products and services.
- Maintain a deep understanding of AT&T’s offerings, including mobile plans, devices, and promotions to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
- Deliver compelling presentations on the features and benefits of AT&T products, highlighting deals and special promotions.
- Assist customers in enrolling in service contracts and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
