- Assist with event setup, including arranging furniture, decorations, and equipment
- Greet and direct guests upon arrival
- Provide excellent customer service and address any guest inquiries or concerns
- Manage crowd control and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees
- Handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systems for food service or merchandise sales
- Monitor event activities to ensure compliance with rules and regulations
- Collaborate with event organizers and other staff members to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with event breakdown and cleanup after the event
Requirements:
- Strong conflict management skills to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
- Previous experience in guest services, events management, hospitality, lifeguarding, food service, theater, or related fields is a plus
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
