- Maintain media lists, contact databases, and other communication assets for our clients' events
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in event marketing and communications
- Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing, or a related field preferred
- Strong writing and editing skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with colleagues, clients, and external stakeholders
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in communications, public relations, marketing, or event planning is a plus but not required
