Position Overview:
We’re looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Fundraising Associates. In this role, you’ll represent major non-profits at community events, engage potential donors, and raise awareness for critical causes. Responsibilities:
- Represent non-profit organizations at community events, promotional campaigns, and fundraising initiatives.
- Engage potential donors with compelling communication of non-profits’ missions and goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with donors to ensure long-term support.
- Set up and manage event displays to attract attention and maximize participation.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly fundraising goals.
- Track and report fundraising results, offering feedback for future campaign improvements.
- Stay informed about non-profits to confidently answer donor inquiries.

Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Full-time availability, including some weekends for events.
Salary : $35,000 - $60,000
