As the Warehouse Lead, you will oversee the efficient operation of the warehouse, ensuring that inventory is well-managed and properly distributed to support our retail and operational needs.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead with Precision: Manage day-to-day operations of the warehouse, from receiving shipments to maintaining inventory levels.
- Master Inventory Flow: Coordinate the timely transfer of goods from the warehouse to our retail stores and guest service locations.
- Collaborate for Success: Work closely with other departments to ensure the right products are available to enhance guest experiences.
- Create a Safe, Organized Space: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment for your team.
- Mentor and Guide: Train and support a dedicated team of warehouse associates to keep everything running smoothly.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide your team.
- Attention to detail, ensuring that inventory records are always accurate and up to date.
- A flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays—you know the Zoo is always bustling!
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical tasks, like stocking and moving merchandise.
- Frequent standing, walking, and occasional reaching, climbing, kneeling, or crouching.
- Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.
