As Café Sale Lead (Part-time), you will:   Provide exceptional guest service in support of café operations Ensure that guests have the best café experience possible Engage with guests and create an entertaining, fun, exciting and memorable experience Deliver food products in a timely fashion while maintaining health standards Maintain a clean, orderly and safe working environment   Qualifications:   Prior retail keyholder, supervisory, cash-handling, and customer service experience Comfortable handling food products while exceeding customer expectations Open to completing the ServSafe Food Handling certification course Able to proactively intercept, engage, and demonstrate product to customers and able to effectively communicate menu features  Previous food handling or cafe experience a plus Strong merchandising skills Able to work a flexible schedule, weekends, early evenings, and holidays Naturally enjoy interacting with people of all ages Welcoming, positive, engaging and friendly towards our customers, team members, and venue staff   Physical Demands – The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.   While performing the duties of this job, the Café Sales Lead is frequently required to stand; walk and use hands to finger, handle, or feel.
