Key Responsibilities
- Identify, establish, and strengthen new and existing client accounts, evaluating their potential revenue and aligning company services with client needs to drive business growth.
- Develop and implement outreach strategies through industry events, networking, and internal collaboration to engage prospective clients.
- Provide expert consultation, offering tailored solutions to enhance client events and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to convert client goals into actionable plans, ensuring seamless project transitions from sales to execution, and facilitating strong communication between departments.
- Achieve quarterly goals, profitability, and revenue targets set by the Director of Sales.
- Regularly track sales performance, client engagement, and project profitability, providing detailed reports and realistic forecasts to senior leadership.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in event management or a related industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing client portfolios.

Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
