Responsibilities To Start
- Receive and direct inbound calls and emails
- Identify the reason for the customer’s call, collect relevant information, and provide solutions
- Use best practices in customer service techniques to develop rapport and build relationships with customers
- Document customer interactions
- Assist Sales Manager to start, to learn business practices, quoting, order processing and other duties as assigned
- College preferred, affinity for math, detail oriented
- Strong work ethic, dedicated team player with positive attitude
- Must have some knowledge and or experience in the trade and/or consumer show industry
- Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent phone and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of active listening techniques
- Ability to work well under pressure with deadlines
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
