Job Summary
We are providers of flooring for trade shows and events and seeking a Customer Service / Sales Representative with a great attitude to join our team.
In this role, you will communicate with customers to identify their needs, process requests, solve complaints, and provide helpful solutions that ensure they have a great customer service experience.
The ideal candidate is friendly, computer proficient, and is able to remain calm under pressure.
Responsibilities to start
- Receive and direct inbound calls and emails
- Identify the reason for the customer’s call, collect relevant information, and provide solutions
- Use best practices in customer service techniques to develop rapport and build relationships with customers
- Document customer interactions
- Assist Sales Manager to learn business practices, quoting, order processing and other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- College preferred, affinity for math, detail oriented
- Strong work ethic, dedicated team player with positive attitude
- Must have some knowledge and or experience in the trade and / or consumer show industry
- Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role is preferred
- Comfortable using computers
- Excellent phone and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure with deadlines
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
