We offer a competitive salary range of $33 - $35.97 per hour for RNs and $27 - $29.43 per hour for LPNs, based on qualifications, experience, and location. The ideal candidate will have an active Minnesota RN license or be able to obtain one upon hire. Experience in Long Term Care is preferred but not required. The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to residents, assess their needs, and develop individualized plans of care. They will also administer medications, monitor resident progress, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Additionally, they will participate in interdisciplinary care conferences, communicate effectively with families, and contribute to a positive work environment.
