The Role
This part-time LPN position involves working every-other weekend shifts, with opportunities to work varied hours. You will be responsible for assessing residents' needs and health status, providing individualized care, and administering medications and treatments.
Responsibilities
- Assess residents' needs and health status through physical assessments, observations, and interviews.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account residents' unique needs and preferences.
- Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications and treatments.
- Monitor and report any changes in residents' condition to the Charge Nurse and/or attending physician.
Requirements
Must have an active MN LPN license or be able to obtain upon hire. Senior Living and/or Long Term Care experience is preferred but not required.
