Ideal Candidate
- Must have an active Minnesota LPN license or be able to obtain upon hire.
- Senior Living and/or Long Term Care experience preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities and Expectations
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Assess residents' needs and health status, developing and implementing personalized care plans as necessary.
- Administer medications and treatments, monitoring their effectiveness and reporting any concerns to the Charge Nurse and/or attending physician.
- Document all resident interactions and care provided in a timely and accurate manner.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills.
- Support and mentor new team members to ensure successful integration into the team.
- Report any concerns or issues related to resident care to the Charge Nurse and/or attending physician.
