Job Summary
- Assess residents' needs and health status through physical assessments, observations, and interviews
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote residents' physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being
- Administer medications and treatments, monitor their effectiveness, and provide direct nursing care as needed
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care
- Document residents' progress, including medical records and incident reports
Requirements
- Active Minnesota RN license or ability to obtain upon hire
- Experience in Long Term Care preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
