Who You Are :
Eventique, an award-winning live event production and creative agency, is seeking a dynamic Event Producer / Project Manager to focus on supporting live events of various scale and size.
In this role, you will work in the projects department, collaborating with the production and creative departments to activate events. As a project manager, you will manage small, midsize, and large-scale events from start to finish. Budgets may range from $80,000 - $2,000,000. You will work under the Director of Projects on some of the agency’s largest projects. The types of events will range from brand activations to multiday conferences.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, resourceful, and detail-oriented. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, build rapport with clients, vendors, and team members quickly, and create systems to ensure that event details and deadlines never fall through the cracks. Local candidates only with flexibility in working evenings and weekends for client events, as necessary. Out-of-state / Overnight travel required (15% of the time)
What You’ll Do :
- Kick off all onboarding tasks for new clients (workback schedules, project management software, slack channels, etc)
- Managing client relationships, needs, communication, and expectations throughout the event planning process and beyond
- Take full ownership of event budgets and keeping them up to date at all times for both the clients approval and production and creative teams reference.
- Run weekly meetings with clients and internal team members
- Manage a project coordinator and delegate responsibilities
- Coordinate internal team resources and communication for event execution
- Oversee the execution of activation plans, budgets, and implementations
- Create and follow-up on production schedules, activities, tasks, and deadlines
- Manage multiple events, conferences, and meetings simultaneously, and prioritize tasks
- Work onsite at events as needed
- Creative problem-solving on a variety of challenges
- Reconcile budgets and onsite expenses or manage a coordinator to do so
