Seeking an Administrative Assistant that excels in attention to detail for an event center.
Responsibilities:
- Primary administrative support
- Prepare detailed event job folders
- Assign meeting/classroom designation
- Ensure all closing reports are saved and processed
- Schedule support staff
- Produce name badges, certificates, gift bags, etc.
- Assist as program greeter / registration
- Assist with program catering details
- Assist management team as necessary
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent
Experience:
- 1 year of administrative assistant experience
Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills
- Proficient in Word and Excel
- Physical ability to perform required work
- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
- Acute attention to detail
- Works well with others in a group setting and able to contribute as a team member
Schedule:
- Monday-Sunday (shifts vary, but includes Saturday and Sunday)
