Core Responsibilities
✅ Customer Engagement
- Manage phone/email inquiries with friendly professionalism [Mobile-friendly bullet structure]
- Guide clients through rental selections and customization options
✅ Operational Excellence
- Accurately process orders and update CRM systems
- Create CAD layouts and event timelines with cross-functional teams
✅ Event Execution
- Conduct on-site equipment setup and client check-ins
- Perform quality assurance checks during events
Must-Have Qualifications
✔ 1 year customer service experience (retail/hospitality preferred)
✔ Tech proficiency: CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, CAD software training provided
✔ Physical capability: Lift 30 lbs, stand for extended periods during events
✔ Flexible availability: Weekends/evenings as needed for events
Preferred Skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish communication is a plus
- Previous customer service or event planning/coordination experience is a plus
