Job Description: Loading Associate at EventRent
EventRent is seeking a detail-oriented and team-driven Loading Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for efficiently and accurately loading rental equipment for upcoming deliveries, ensuring that all items are properly secured and ready for transport.
Responsibilities:
- Load rental equipment onto delivery vehicles in a timely and organized manner.
- Ensure all items are properly secured and safely loaded to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and company standards.
- Collaborate with other team members to meet delivery deadlines and achieve operational efficiency.
- Perform quality checks on equipment before loading to ensure it meets EventRent's quality standards.
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and reporting any discrepancies.
- Operate forklifts (training provided if necessary) to efficiently move equipment around the warehouse.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance loading processes and overall warehouse operations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate loading and quality control.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Forklift experience is a plus, but not required; training will be provided.
- Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work a later shift starting between 10 AM and noon, typically for 8 to 10 hours.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.50 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
