Position Overview
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and managing client relationships. This role requires a proactive, results-oriented professional with a passion for the hospitality industry and a proven track record in sales.
What You’ll Do
· Develop and execute a results-driven sales strategy with the Director of Sales & Marketing to exceed revenue goals.
· Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, wedding planners, and event venues.
· Create tailored proposals and work closely with the culinary and operations teams.
· Lead clients through the sales process, ensuring a seamless, high-touch experience from initial inquiry to contract signing.
· Secure event contracts and booking fee before transitioning details to the production team.
· Represent the company at networking events, industry trade shows, and community functions to drive business growth.
· Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to maintain a competitive edge.
· Analyze sales performance, generate reports, and refine strategies to optimize results.
What You Bring to the Table
· 3 years of proven success in catering sales, hospitality sales, or event planning.
· A strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
· Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· A detail-oriented and highly organized approach to managing multiple clients.
· The ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team.
· Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
· A flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays as needed.
