Job Overview:
As the Social Media Marketing Specialist, your role will focus on creating and maintaining strong, cohesive content across all marketing outlets for Events By Design's brands: Events By Design, Sound By Design, Events to a T, and Films By Design.
The Social Media Marketing Specialist will work closely with the Marketing Manager to bring the company’s strategy to life by:
- Creating engaging social media content that aligns with each brand’s voice and goals.
- Executing digital marketing initiatives across platforms to ensure cohesive messaging.
- Managing communications to promote events, drive attendance, and enhance brand awareness.
This role is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented individual with a passion for storytelling and a collaborative approach to marketing.

- Proven experience in content creation, particularly within the event planning or a related industry.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional writing skills with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Proficiency in social media management platforms and content creation tools, such as video editing software, Later, and Flickr.
- Basic graphic design skills or knowledge of Canva and Photoshop.
