What are the responsibilities and job description for the Event Planner/Event Coordinator position at Events Extraordinaire?
Seeking an experienced, energetic, creative, detail oriented event planner to join our growing team. Prefer three years of event planning experience and a college degree is a must. Event Planner will be responsible for all aspects of event planning for a variety of social and corporate events. Responsibilities include- client communication/ consultations, designing themes, managing budgets, site visits, event design, preparing planning timelines and working with event vendors. Additional experience with event planning software, Canva, editing websites and marketing on social media a plus. This position requires working at least 2 Saturdays per month
We manage a variety of events including- Corporate Events, Weddings, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs and other life cycle events.
