Job Description: Licensed Clinical Social Worker

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals, families, and groups to address mental health and behavioral issues. The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will be responsible for providing counseling, therapy, and support to clients in a variety of settings.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to determine clients' mental health and behavioral needs
- Develop treatment plans and goals in collaboration with clients
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions
- Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Social Work
- Current license to practice as a Clinical Social Worker in the state of Kentucky
- Experience providing counseling and therapy to individuals, families, and groups
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
