About the Role
We are looking for an Account Executive in Detroit to execute and refine our sales playbook from lead generation to closing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full sales-cycle from lead to close, including outbound prospecting.
- Conduct 30 cold calls a day with the goal of generating 3 self-sourced meetings a week.
- Spend 1-3 days per week meeting prospects in person, building relationships, and demonstrating our product's value.
- Travel to events and conferences to meet key law firm decision-makers and close deals.
- Maintain consistent communication with other cross-functional team members.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience leading an end-to-end sales process, ideally in a B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Solid organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-driven and results-oriented.
- Team player with a competitive spirit.
- Commitment to data hygiene and leveraging available tools and resources.
