Demands is EvenUp's flagship product responsible for propelling EvenUp to become one of the most successful vertical AI companies in the world. As a Backend Software Engineer on EvenUp's Demands Product Engineering Team, you'll work closely with our AI, Legal, and GTM teams to scope and implement solutions that increase the speed, velocity, and quality of the products that deliver value to our customers. We are looking for individuals who have worked across the stack on incredible user-centric products and who are passionate about building the future of generative AI products. As part of our team, you'll drive future innovations that will significantly impact the business in support of EvenUp's mission to ensure that personal injury victims receive the rightful compensation they deserve.
Initiatives could include but are not limited to :
- Enhancing the capabilities of EvenUp's AI-native and human-in-the-loop workflows
- Implementing and integrating LLM-based solutions that immediately improve outcomes for our customers
- Developing the systems to evaluate the efficacy and quality of key customer deliverables
- Contributing to the evolution of EvenUp's flagship Demands product at the bleeding edge of the present-day AI revolution
In doing so, you'll supercharge the engine that powers EvenUp, collaborating with leaders across the company to execute on mission-critical opportunities. You'll uphold the high-quality bar on our team, and directly impact EvenUp's success by applying data-driven insights alongside our foundational commitment to crafting exceptional customer-driven experiences.
This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days per week spent collaborating with the team in the office. We are open to applicants located in either the Greater Toronto Area or in the San Francisco Bay Area.
