About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Maintenance Technician Lead to oversee the maintenance and repair of our plant's production and electrical equipment. This is a key position that requires a deep understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, as well as excellent problem-solving skills.
As an LME Technician, you will be responsible for training new hires, evaluating their progress, and documenting their performance. You will also manage routine and preventative maintenance schedules, collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor, and provide assistance with non-standard work, emergency repairs, and vendor contact.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in industrial maintenance, a strong understanding of electrical and mechanical concepts, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The selected individual will be required to hold and maintain an Oregon Limited Maintenance Electrician license and possess a valid forklift certification. Bilingualism (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
