What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dishwasher position at Ever'man Cooperative Grocery & Cafe?
Purpose To maintain clean dish area in the Café and assist in maintain cleanliness and stock levels on the hot/cold bar.
Responsibilities
· Maintaining health department standards of cleanliness
· Daily dishwashing for cooks and prep crews
· Other cleaning duties as assigned
· Light food preparation (Stock hot/cold bar as needed)
· Assist cooks as directed
· Removal of recycling and trash as needed
· Maintain clean and orderly work station
· Work with Shift Coordinator to assist in the daily workflow
· Participate in departmental and storewide meetings and trainings
· Participate in departmental inventories and projects
· Other tasks as assigned by Deli Managers/Shift Coordinator

· Ability to lift 50 lbs. occasionally
