Job Title: Lead Cashier
Location: Downtown Pensacola
Position Type: Part-Time
Role Overview:
As a Lead Cashier, you'll oversee cash register operations, lead a team of cashiers, and ensure top-notch customer service. You'll handle transactions accurately, address customer inquiries, and maintain a well-organized register area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support cashiers during shifts.
- Manage cash register operations and ensure accurate transactions.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
- Train new cashiers and uphold store procedures.
- Maintain register areas and assist with opening/closing duties.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a cashier or in customer service; leadership experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability, including weekends.
