HR Generalist I

HR Generalist I duties include but are not limited to:
- Tracks and ensures employees are in compliance with regulations and agency standards
- Provide support, follow-up, and documentation filing for compliance with agency regulations
- Provide employees information and support regarding benefits enrollments
- Assist with recruitment needs, including background and reference checks
- Assist in the implementation and tracking of all employee leaves
- Responsible for accurately and timely completing Worker's Compensation process
- Assist with employee recognition programs
- Complete reports as requested, and ensure HR databases and shared folders are accurate and up to date
- Act as a resource to all employees regarding general HR issues

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree with minimum 2 years of related work experience
- Detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills; high level organizational skills and creative problem solving
- Flexible schedule to meet hiring demands in 24/7 service environment
- Valid NJ Driver's License
- COVID-19 considerations: Willingness to meet NJ Executive Order 252, which requires employees to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19,including a booster; at minimum one dose is required to begin employment with the expectation to complete subsequent doses .

Pay: $63,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
