Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Pool Technician with a strong background in servicing both residential and commercial pools. This role involves performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and conducting repairs for various residential and commercial pool systems to ensure they remain in excellent working condition.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled maintenance on clients pools, including cleaning, chemical balancing, and equipment inspections.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical pool systems, including pumps, heaters, filters, and automated controllers.
- Conduct water quality testing and apply appropriate treatments to maintain chemical balance.
- Document service activities, repairs, and water chemistry data for client reporting.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and company protocols to ensure safe and effective pool operations.
- Collaborate with property managers, maintenance teams, and other stakeholders to schedule services and resolve issues promptly.
- Provide recommendations for repairs, upgrades, and preventative maintenance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with residential and/or commercial pools, including maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting.
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or equivalent certification preferred.
- Knowledge of commercial pool systems, including filtration, heating, plumbing, and chemical automation.
- Strong understanding of local health codes and industry standards.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Excellent communication skills and professionalism when interacting with clients.

Pay: $18.85 - $25.00 per hour
