Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced energy efficiency professional to join our team as an Account Manager for the North Carolina HOMES/HEAR Home Energy Rebates Program. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of energy efficiency principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze data to inform program decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with WAP, Duke Energy, and electrical co-ops to ensure seamless coordination of energy upgrade programs.
- Develop and maintain databases to track participant eligibility and program performance.
Program Coordination
- Collaborate with program stakeholders to identify opportunities for synergy and cost savings.
- Develop strategies to increase participation in energy upgrade programs and improve overall program effectiveness.
Reporting and Analysis
- Provide regular reports on program performance and make recommendations for improvement.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in energy efficiency or a related field.
- Strong understanding of energy efficiency principles and program design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
