This is a part-time contract role with the potential to become full-time, based on performance, business needs, culture fit, and the candidate's desire.
We're looking for a well-rounded and versatile candidate. While having a broad skill set is ideal, exceptional skills in a few key areas can also be a great fit.
Responsibilities:
- Design engaging content for flyers, postcards, and display ads using tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, while adhering to brand guidelines
- Assist with email marketing campaigns using Drip
- Update and maintain website content on WordPress and Webflow
- Design and implement SMS marketing strategies
- Assist with PPC advertising campaigns across Google, Bing, Meta, and LinkedIn
- Write compelling press releases and case studies
- Analyze data using Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager
- Conduct research projects, as needed
Requirements:
- Experience in a marketing role, with a strong understanding of various marketing channels and tools
- Familiarity with working in a small business environment and the ability to handle a variety of tasks
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tackling challenges
- Detail-oriented with strong skills in proofreading and cross-referencing documents for consistency
- Curiosity to embrace new technologies and marketing channels, with a drive to master them
- Experience writing press releases in accordance with AP Style
- Working knowledge of HTML is a plus
