What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shipping- Crate Builder position at Everbrite, LLC?
Do you like wood working and using power tools? If yes, this might be the job for you! We are seeking a person to join our shipping team to build crates to protect our product during the shipping process.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operate hand or power equipment such as table saw, radial arm saw, drill press, nail gun, staple gun and band saw
- Also use forklift and crane for moving material
- Safely load and transport items by hand or with power equipment
- Load and unload trucks and trailers as well as operate scales and part id equipment.
- Accurately process paperwork for receiving and shipping and warehousing raw materials and finished goods.
- Manually lift, move, and handle materials weighing up to 100#.
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and bend and twist up to 45 degrees
- Ability to read blueprints
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Possess company approved forklift license
- Ability to touch and raise arms above shoulder
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Ability to follow safety rules and work in proactively safe manner
Shifts:
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM, Monday - Thursday
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.31 - $21.33 per hour
