EverCharge is a leading provider of electric vehicle (EV) charging devices and management systems and provides hardware and software EV charging solutions for fleets, multi-unit, and single-family homes. Our turnkey offerings are designed to utilize existing infrastructure to scale EV charging at the lowest cost. EverCharge’s load-balancing SmartPower technology maximizes the number of electric vehicles that can charge at once and eliminates barriers, such as data connectivity.

Founded in 2013 and headquartered in Palo Alto, CA, EverCharge operates a factory in Hayward, CA, which supplies EVSEs for its customers across North America.

The Enterprise Sales Representative is responsible for promoting the company’s products and services while organizing and executing effective sales strategies and programs. The role focuses on achieving and exceeding sales revenue goals by engaging with enterprise clients and identifying new business opportunities. The Enterprise Sales Representative will provide real-time, data-driven insights to drive profitability and contribute to the continuous growth of revenue-generating efforts.

Responsibilities :

  • Provides valuable input in developing sales strategies and executes them as prescribed.
  • Consistently achieves all sales and revenue targets within specified deadlines.
  • Identifies and develops new enterprise client relationships.
  • Manages the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Provides accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates to management.
  • Offers tailored solutions to meet client needs and maximize value.
  • Prepares and delivers monthly pipeline summaries and reviews.
  • Communicates effectively with diverse personalities and technical backgrounds.
  • Engages confidently and professionally with customers in all interactions.
  • Follows up with internal and external customers in a timely manner.

Qualifications :

  • Advanced experience with Salesforce and NetSuite.
  • 5 years of experience in enterprise sales.
  • Strong knowledge of NetSuite and the ability to effectively utilize it.
  • Expert-level phone, written, listening, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to influence and build relationships with clients.
  • Ability to achieve sales standards and goals consistently.
  • Subject matter expertise in sales strategy and execution.
  • Flexibility to adapt to new innovations to keep the company competitive.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain effective relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Proficient computer skills and the ability to learn new software.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Highly resourceful and effective both as a team player and independently.
  • Job Title and Compensation :

  • The base salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $110,000, based on full-time employment.
  • Actual salaries are based on several factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, experience, certifications, and work location.
