Position Overview: Evercor Facility Management is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Manager to oversee operations across multiple client sites. The Area Manager will be responsible for managing service delivery, leading operational teams, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth within their assigned region. This is a key leadership role that requires strong operational expertise, team management skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional facility services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and service delivery across multiple client locations within the assigned area.
- Lead, mentor, and manage on-site supervisors and staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Monitor operational performance, including quality control, efficiency, and budget adherence.
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work, identify areas for improvement, and ensure service excellence.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement operational strategies.
- Manage staffing levels, including recruitment, training, and scheduling.
- Analyze operational data and create reports to track key performance metrics and identify trends.
- Handle escalated client concerns and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Area Manager, Operations Manager, or similar leadership role within the facility management or related industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using operational management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel to client sites regularly within the assigned region.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
