Evercor Facility Management is seeking a dependable, detail oriented, hardworking and knowledgeable landscape lawn maintenance Crew Leader to ensure all company standards are met through the supervision of staff to deliver quality lawn and landscaping services that exceed client expectations.
The candidate of choice will have 5 years’ supervisory experience in landscape lawn maintenance, can lead by example, work independently and side by side with staff, adjust to the changing requirements of the project, possess a customer service orientation, be on time and on budget. Bilingual English/Spanish language skills are not required but are desirable.
Essential Requirements of the Position:
- 5 years’ supervisory experience in landscape lawn maintenance.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license.
- Meet eligibility requirements for employment in the US.
- Participate in pre-employment and random drug screening.
