Associate Director Content

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Director to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving our strategic initiatives and developing content strategies for digital content projects. . The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in content creation for website redesigns and re-platforms, ongoing content marketing and end-to-end customer experience- CX engagements. As an Associate Director, you will collaborate with various departments to ensure that our content strategy aligns with project and client goals.

This role is hybrid and can be based in multiple cities.

This is a contract for hire role and includes benefits and PTO.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in journalism, human factors, content or related field and experience with digital content writing/editing.
• Comfortable making decisions and drawing insights using empirical data.
• 5-7 years working as a content strategist or equivalent role, agency preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, a passion for digital storytelling.
• Always looking for ways to change, improve, or invent new approaches to old problems.
• Strong understanding of current digital design practices and technologies.
• Able to drive a project forward with minimal direction.
• Adept at leading client presentations and workshops.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
