Overview
We are seeking a passionate Technical Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a consultative role ensuring clients' technical needs are met while fostering strong relationships. You will leverage your expertise in customized business solutions through analysis of customer business and technology requirements for short/long term initiatives.
Duties
- Maintain sales CRM daily to develop accurate records of all sales activities.
- Manage multiple client accounts, ensuring timely delivery of services and products.
- Attain assigned sales targets.
- Collaborate with sales teams during pre-sales processes to identify opportunities for growth and upselling.
- Analyze client requirements and recommend appropriate solutions based on their business objectives.
- Possess a strong work ethic and passion for technology, people and processes.
- Emphasis on New Business Development utilizing an effective system targeting opportunities through client outreach.
- Manage multiple priorities.
- Understand and continually learn technology and how it enables business productivity, efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Proven experience through documented record of sales achievements.
- Previous outside/inside sales experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience using a CRM.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Compensation
Base salary is $50,000 plus unlimited performance-based bonuses and commissions. Six-figure opportunity for those who focus on results and strive to continually grow.
