Pay: $14.75/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, with weekend rotations as needed
10:00am - 7:00 EST
11:00am-8:00pm CST
12:00pm - 9:00 MST
1:00pm - 10:00 PST
Position Summary:
As part of the Central Operations team, you will be responsible for performing centralized functions such as parent contacts, driver/SP contacts (including training), and other duties as assigned that are essential to centralized corporate operations. Our team works together to makes sure all requests are responded to within 24 hours turn around. This position requires you to work with multiple business units to ensure a streamlined and successful operation.
Responsibilities:
- Initiate parent contact and resolve parent concerns including but not limited to route starts, app signup, and contact information
- Review routes and make changes as necessary including contact information, safety equipment, and other route modifications
- Work with multiple business arms to ensure contact with SPs, drivers, and parents are conducted
- Conduct with educating new driver and Service Providers that are new to working with EverDriven
- Specialized/Focused Dispatching
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent
- Bilingual Spanish-speaking
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications Strong verbal and written skills
